Please find your own accommodation. Nearby hotels can be found in Eonyang (near the KTX station) or in Ulsan. Please contact the local organizer if you require any help.

To participate online, you should prepare:

  • A networked computer. (Please ensure good network connectivity!)
  • The Webex video-conferencing software. You can download the free client for all platforms here
  • A video camera and microphone.
  • If you join from a lecture room, please test the microphone and sound system ahead of time.
